Whatnot Boutique Policies
- FREE Shipping for orders over $99
- NOTE: Once an order has been placed online, the order cannot be canceled and items cannot be removed from the order.
If a package is lost or stolen, Whatnot Boutique is not responsible for refunding or replacing the merchandise.
- Free shipping on all orders of $99.
- At this time - Whatnot Boutique only ships to locations in the United States.
- Orders are shipped via USPS priority or first class depending on weight, within 3-5 business days of purchase.
- You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.
- Shipping typically takes 2-5 business days from drop-off to delivery.
- Whatnot Boutique offers Expedited Shipping for $12.95.
- Expedited orders will be processed the same day if the order is placed before 2pm CST Monday – Friday and shipped via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days).
- Whatnot Boutique is not responsible for delays in shipping or items that are lost, damaged or stolen in shipping.
All SALE merchandise, jewelry, sunglasses, shoes, hats and all special orders are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
- Return items must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery of your order.
No cash refunds. All refunds will be issued in the form of a store credit (minus the original cost for shipping and handling).
- Store credit will be issued via a code sent to your email within 2-3 business days after receiving your returned item(s). You will enter your store credit code at checkout on your next purchase.
- Merchandise must be in original condition, including original packaging and all original tags attached.
- Return shipping and handling is the customer’s responsibility and shipping charges on the original purchase will not be credited back to you.
- You may ship returns to Whatnot Boutique by any carrier you choose, but we highly recommend getting a tracking number on your package.
- We reserve the right to reject any item returned to us. Any items that appear to have been worn, altered, smoke, animal hair or have had tags removed or are received by us after the return period will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
- Please include your original invoice or a note with your name and order # along with the items being returned.
- If postage for returned item(s) is not paid within 5 days of Whatnot Boutique receiving the return, the item(s) will be donated to the charity of our choice.

Damaged or Defective Items
- Please inspect your order immediately on arrival.
- If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you MUST contact us within 3 days of receipt. No exceptions!
- If we do not receive notification that you have received a damaged item in 3 days, Whatnot Boutique will reject the return, and refund/store credit will be issued.
- If you receive a defective item, please do the following:
- Take photos of the defect or damaged area on the item using a smartphone.
- Include the tag in the image to show that all tags are still attached.
Email the images to: email@example.com.
- Indicate “Damaged Item” in the email subject line.
- Include the order # and product/item name in your email.
- Whatnot Boutique does not offer exchanges because our inventory is always changing—and quickly—so what’s available today may not be here tomorrow.
- However, you can return an item (within 14 days of receiving your order) for store credit.
- Once your return is processed, you can use your store credit to make a new purchase.
- NOTE: Any item purchased under the SALE section of our website is FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for return. (All jewelry, sunglasses and hats are also FINAL SALE.)
- If you used a discount code to purchase an item a full price, you can return the item(s) and get store credit equal to the full purchase price.
Store Credit and Discount Codes
If you are having an issue getting the discount code to work, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
- When a return is received and processed, your store credit will be available in your Whatnot Boutique account.
- Simply visit whatnotboutique.com and sign into your account to see any available store credit.
- To use your store credit, on “Checkout,” you will have the option to choose store credit as a payment option.
- NOTE: If an item goes on sale, Whatnot Boutique will not issue a discount code or store credit for the difference between the original purchase price at time of order and any sale price that may be offered later.
- How do I enter a discount code or gift card? On Step 4 “Order Confirmation” of the checkout process, you can enter your discount code or gift card number.
